Get your Pagatu reminders on Telegram
Connect a Telegram bot you create and Pagatu will send you the reminders you schedule there: follow-ups, appointments, payments, documents and tasks.

Reminders on time
Every reminder with the Telegram channel is sent at the date and time you scheduled.
Everything at hand
The message includes the title, details, date and time, client, priority and a link.
Your own bot
Messages come from a bot you create and control.
Test message
You can send yourself a test to check that everything arrives.
How it works
You create a bot with @BotFather and paste its token into Pagatu. Pagatu verifies it with Telegram and gives you a link to open your bot and link it to your chat.
From then on, when you create a reminder in Reminders and choose Telegram as the channel, the message is sent automatically at its time.
What data it uses
- Your bot token and your chat ID are stored encrypted.
- Only the reminders you schedule with the Telegram channel are sent.
How to connect Telegram to Pagatu
Create your bot
In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot, choose a name and copy the token it gives you.
Open Integrations in Pagatu
In the sidebar, open Integrations, find Telegram and click “Connect”.
Paste the token
Pagatu checks the token with Telegram and shows you the link to your bot.
Link your chat
Open the link and tap Start in your bot: it will reply confirming the connection. The link expires after 15 minutes.
Verify in Pagatu
Go back to Pagatu and click “Done — verify” to see Telegram as connected.
How to disconnect it
In Integrations › Telegram › Manage, click “Disconnect”. Pagatu stops sending you reminders on Telegram.
The bot is still yours. If you want to invalidate its token or delete it, do it from @BotFather.

Why do I have to create my own bot?
That way messages come from a bot you control and can turn off at any time from @BotFather.
Which reminders reach Telegram?
The ones you create in Reminders with the Telegram channel: follow-ups, appointments, payments, documents, tasks or custom reminders.
Does the linking link expire?
Yes, after 15 minutes. If it expires, connect again to generate a new one.
