Your Cal.com bookings in the Pagatu Agenda
If you receive bookings in Cal.com, this integration shows them in your Pagatu Agenda next to the rest of your appointments, with no need to copy them by hand.
What you can do
Bookings in your Agenda
New, rescheduled or cancelled bookings in Cal.com show up as appointments with Cal.com as their source.
Cancel and reschedule
From Pagatu you can ask Cal.com to cancel or reschedule a booking; Pagatu asks you to confirm because Cal.com notifies the attendees.
Internal notes
You can add your own notes to a booking without touching its details in Cal.com.
No duplicates with Google
If Cal.com also writes the booking to your Google Calendar, Pagatu recognizes it and does not show it twice.
How it works
Cal.com remains the owner of the booking: changes to the time, attendees or details are made in Cal.com, and Pagatu reflects them.
Cal.com notifies Pagatu every time a booking changes and, on top of that, Pagatu checks once a day that no change was missed.
What data it uses
- It reads your Cal.com profile and your bookings.
- It creates, in your Cal.com account, the booking notification it needs to learn about changes.
- Your Cal.com access details are stored encrypted.
How to connect Cal.com to Pagatu
Sign in to Pagatu
Log in to your account.
Open Integrations
In the sidebar, open Integrations and find Cal.com.
Click “Connect”
Pagatu takes you to Cal.com to authorize access.
Grant the permissions
Cal.com asks for permission to see your profile and bookings and to manage the booking notification.
Check the connection
You return to Integrations with Cal.com connected and your bookings already in the Agenda.
How to disconnect it
In Integrations › Cal.com › Manage, click “Disconnect”. Pagatu removes the booking notification from your Cal.com account and stops syncing.
Bookings already imported stay in your Agenda, marked as Cal.com.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a Cal.com booking from Pagatu?
You can add internal notes and ask Cal.com to cancel or reschedule it. Its other details are changed in Cal.com.
Does Pagatu create bookings in Cal.com?
No. The integration brings the bookings you receive in Cal.com into Pagatu; it does not create new bookings in Cal.com.
What happens to my appointments if I disconnect?
Bookings already imported stay in your Agenda. Later changes in Cal.com stop arriving.
