1. The service and acceptance
Pagatu, or Pagatu Pro, is a web application for freelancers and independent professionals who need to keep clients, quotes, scheduling, appointments, payment methods, manually recorded payments, receipts and reminders in order. By creating an account, signing in or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy published at pagatu.io/en/privacy.
The service runs on the domains pagatu.io and app.pagatu.io. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Account and permitted use
You need an account to use the private features. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and let us know if you notice unauthorized use. You are responsible for the information you enter about your business, clients, services, prices, payment methods and receipts.
Using Pagatu for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, distributing malware, abusing forms or APIs, unauthorized data extraction, compromising third-party accounts or any conduct that affects the security, availability or reputation of the service is prohibited.
3. Pagatu features
Pagatu lets you manage clients, create quotes, set up a brand kit, record appointments, manage services and manual availability, save payment methods, record payments received manually, organize receipts and schedule operational reminders.
The quotes, receipts, reminders and information Pagatu may display are an organizational aid. Pagatu does not replace an accountant, a lawyer or a tax advisor. You are responsible for checking amounts, taxes, receipts, bank details and applicable obligations before sending them to your clients.
4. Google Calendar integration
Google Calendar is a third-party service. You choose to connect it voluntarily and authorize Pagatu to carry out only the operations described on the consent screen and in the Privacy Policy. Google does not sponsor or endorse Pagatu.
The current integration uses the connected account’s email address to identify the connection, along with the permission needed to create, update or cancel events tied to appointments managed inside Pagatu. It may also store event identifiers and links, including Google Meet links when you request a virtual meeting.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from Scheduling > Integrations, or revoke access from your Google Account. On disconnecting, Pagatu attempts to revoke the token with Google and deletes or invalidates the tokens stored for that integration.
5. Payment methods, payments and public links
Pagatu can help you display payment methods such as bank accounts, wallets or external payment links, and record payments you have received. Pagatu is not a bank, a wallet, a payment gateway, a financial institution or a custodian of funds. Actual transfers or payments happen outside Pagatu, or through external providers you choose.
You are responsible for entering correct payment details, verifying that the accounts listed are yours, and handling claims, refunds, fees, chargebacks, taxes or the terms of any external providers you use.
6. Data, content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for the content you upload or record in Pagatu, including logos, signatures, business copy, client data, quotes, payment methods and files. By using the service you authorize Pagatu to host, process and display that content solely to operate the features you have asked for.
The Pagatu brand, interface, code, design, own copy and product elements belong to their owners or licensors. No licence is granted to copy, resell or decompile them, or to build competing services through unauthorized access.
7. Availability and third-party services
Pagatu depends on providers for authentication, infrastructure, database, email, Google and other technical services. We may carry out maintenance, change features, fix errors or temporarily suspend parts of the service for operational, security or legal reasons.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Pagatu does not control the availability, API changes, costs, limits, blocks, errors or decisions of those providers.
8. Suspension, deletion and changes
We may suspend or limit an account if we detect abuse, a security risk, prohibited use, a breach of these terms or legal requirements. You may request deletion or a reasonable export of your data by writing to hola@pagatu.io.
We may update these terms when the product, the operation or the applicable regulations change. We will publish the version in force on this page and, where the change is significant, we may communicate it inside the application or by email.
9. Liability and contact
Pagatu is offered as a management tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information entered by the user, business decisions, third-party errors, interruptions beyond our control, or the user’s tax, legal or contractual breaches.
For questions about these terms, for support, or for requests relating to your account, write to us at hola@pagatu.io. The applicable law and jurisdiction must be confirmed against the definitive legal details of the service operator before any formal filing that requires them.
