Bring your Pagatu schedule to Google Calendar

Every appointment you create or change in the Pagatu Agenda is written to your Google calendar, and times you are already busy in Google stop being offered to clients when they book.

What you can do

Appointments in your calendar

When you save, reschedule, cancel or delete an appointment in Pagatu, the event is created, updated or removed in the calendar you choose.

Client invitation

The client is added as a guest on the event and Google sends them the invitation.

Google Meet link

If the appointment is on Google Meet, the event is created with its video call link.

No bookings at busy times

Your public booking page checks your Google availability before offering a time.

How it works

Pagatu writes to Google whenever you make a change in the Agenda: there is nothing to export or copy. If the time is already busy in your Google calendar, Pagatu does not create the event on top of it.

With “Sync now” you bring your busy times from Google into the Agenda, from one month back to one year ahead. They appear as busy blocks, without the title of your personal events.

While a client books from your public page, Pagatu checks your Google availability at that moment, so they cannot pick a time when you already have something.

What data it uses

  • It creates and edits events only in the calendar you choose; you can pick any calendar you can write to.
  • It reads your list of calendars and your availability (free or busy).
  • For imported events it keeps only the busy time, not the title.
  • Your Google access details are stored encrypted.

How to connect Google Calendar to Pagatu

  1. Sign in to Pagatu

    Log in to your account.

  2. Open Integrations

In the sidebar, open Integrations and find Google Calendar. You can also do it from Agenda › Integrations.

  3. Click “Connect”

Pagatu takes you to Google to choose the account.

  4. Grant the permissions

Google asks for permission to view and edit your events, see your list of calendars and check your availability.

  5. Check the connection

You return to Agenda › Integrations with a message that Google Calendar is connected. Your primary calendar is used by default; you can choose another one.

How to disconnect it

From Integrations › Manage, or from Agenda › Integrations, click “Disconnect”. Pagatu revokes the access you gave it in Google.

Your appointments stay in Pagatu and events already created in Google are not deleted. Imported busy times disappear from the Agenda.

Frequently asked questions

Are bookings from my public page created in Google Calendar?

Your public page checks your Google availability so it never offers busy times. Google events are created from the appointments you save or change in the Pagatu Agenda.

Can Pagatu see the content of my personal events?

When it imports your busy times it keeps only the time, not the title. To create events it only writes to the calendar you choose.

Can I use a calendar other than my primary one?
